• A reservation is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received.
• Guests must provide accurate booking information, including full name, contact details, travel date, number of participants, and selected snorkeling package.
• Package prices may vary depending on the selected trip, number of guests, transportation requirements, and additional services requested.
• Any cancellation, refund, or rescheduling request must follow our booking policy and should be submitted before the activity date.
• Snorkeling trips, boat schedules, and snorkeling locations may be adjusted, delayed, or cancelled due to weather conditions, sea conditions, safety considerations, or local regulations.
• Guests must arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time. Missed departures due to late arrival are generally not eligible for a refund.
• All participants must follow safety instructions provided by snorkeling guides, boat crews, and local staff during the activity.
• Guests should inform our team in advance about medical conditions, swimming ability, pregnancy, or any special requirements.
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult throughout the trip.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during snorkeling activities, boat trips, and transportation services.
• Additional services such as private boat arrangements, extra waiting time, or transportation outside the standard service area may require additional charges.
• Pemuteran Snorkeling is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses caused by weather, sea conditions, traffic, marine regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.
